Autonomous (Macro) Mobile Application & Companion PC Software Terms

Article 1 Purpose & Nature of Service

These Terms govern the use of the "Autonomous (Macro)" mobile application ("Service") provided by Daehyun Yeo ("Developer").
The Service is a general-purpose screen touch automation utility operating strictly according to user-configured conditions.
The Service is intended for individuals aged 18 or older and is not directed toward children.

Article 2 Accessibility API & Screen Detection Consent

The Service requires Android's AccessibilityService API solely to simulate taps and swipes at coordinates specified directly by the user.
The Service utilizes the MediaProjection API solely for real-time local pixel color (RGB) detection at user-configured coordinates to evaluate automation conditions.
By enabling the Service, the user consents to delegating automated touch simulation and real-time screen pixel comparison strictly according to their configured scripts.
These permissions are NEVER used to record screens, monitor keystrokes, capture passwords, or harvest personal and financial credentials.

Article 3 Subscriptions, Trials, and Refunds

All purchases and recurring subscriptions are processed securely via the Google Play Billing system.
A 3-day free trial may be provided to new users. If you do not cancel the subscription in Google Play > Subscriptions before the trial period expires, the regular recurring fee will be automatically charged.
Cancellations and refunds strictly follow Google Play's standard refund policy. Once a billing period begins, partial refunds are not available; benefits remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Article 4 Prohibited Conduct

Users expressly agree NOT to:

1. Automatically click online advertisements (banners, interstitials, video ads) to generate fraudulent revenue or manipulate ad metrics (Ad Fraud).

2. Run automation scripts on banking, financial, cryptocurrency, or identity verification (OTP, password) screens.

3. Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, crack, or unauthorizedly redistribute the mobile application.

Article 5 Disclaimer of Liability (CRITICAL)

Third-Party Penalties & Bans: The Developer shall NOT be held liable for any damages, penalties, account warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans imposed by third-party services or games resulting from the use of this Service. The user assumes all risks.
Financial Losses: The Developer is NOT liable for any monetary loss resulting from automated execution on financial or payment interfaces.
Hardware Degradation: The Developer is NOT responsible for device damage, overheating, battery wear, or screen burn-in resulting from continuous or extended execution. Users should take reasonable device cooling and brightness precautions.

Article 6 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court of the Developer's location.

2. The revised version is effective as of October 7, 2026.
